If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us INFILLS WhipLash does not infill work from other salons. If you have foreign lash extensions, please book in for a new set with a removal add-on.
If you are a returning client, you must have 50-60% lash extensions remaining to qualify for an infill within 3 weeks. DEPOSIT Deposits are non transferrable or refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48hrs of your appointments. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 48hrs require a new online booking and deposit. RESCHEDULING/
CANCELLATION Please reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48hrs. This can be done via email or the confirmation email at the bottom of the page. Your deposit will be non-refundable.

 CONFIRMATION EMAIL After booking your appointment, check your email (including junk) for all information regarding location and any pre appointment reminders. You can make changes to your booking there.
